Throughout April and May, a diverse series of training programs spanning professional expertise to soft skills drew enthusiastic participation from members, reaffirming every CarOn employee's commitment to continuous self-improvement.
1. Crash Course: "Express Ukulele – Music Connects the Soul" (April 13)
CarOn’s culture of "Wisdom" goes hand in hand with nurturing mental well-being to recharge creative energy. In a warm, in-person session, members of the Marketing team set aside their daily work pressures to familiarize themselves with their first musical notes on the Ukulele, using music as a bridge to strengthen team bonding.

2. Online Training: "Hands-on AI – Multiplying Office Productivity tenfold" (April 23)
To keep pace with digital technology trends, office-based staff participated in an online training session on integrating AI into their daily workflows. Despite taking place late in the evening, the session remained highly engaging, featuring practical exercises on prompt engineering and the application of supporting tools to help personnel optimize time and maximize office efficiency.
3. FABE Formula Practical Session at the Showroom (April 25)
Upholding the principle of "learning by doing," a specialized training session on the sales process and the 7-position vehicle walkthrough was vibrantly conducted through two-way Q&A interactions. Immediately following the theory, members directly practiced applying the FABE formula right on the showroom floor, reinforcing practical knowledge to deliver tangible value to customers.
4. Training Workshop: Applying Color Theory to Life (May 30)
Closing out the series of activities in May was a sharing session on color principles and how to apply them to daily life. Remarkably, the main speaker was the youngest member of the department, born in 2005. The session served as clear evidence of CarOn’s culture of "Wisdom": regardless of age or seniority, every individual is encouraged to confidently share their knowledge and shine.
This continuous series of internal training activities throughout April and May has not only elevated professional capabilities but also served as a catalyst for collective unity, driving CarOn members to jointly spread and realize the core values of the organization.
