Celebrating Vietnamese Women’s Day On October 20: Caron Shares Its Heartfelt Appreciation Through Every “Flower Shop”

On the occasion of Vietnamese Women’s Day on October 20, CarOn’s units have prepared their own “Flower Shops” to honor their female colleagues. Each unit is a Flower Shop, and each Flower Shop expresses its appreciation in a different way, but all share the same purpose: to recognize the contributions of CarOn’s women, both in their work and in the life of the community here.

Each Flower Shop has its own way of showing gratitude. Some offer fresh bouquets, some send handwritten cards, and others prepare small gifts with warm wishes. The scale is modest, but every gift is prepared with dedication and heartfelt care by the men of each unit. Through these gestures, they express their thanks to the women who stand alongside their colleagues every day.

As the bouquets are handed over, the recipients smile, and so do the givers. It is a moment when the whole unit reflects on the quiet contributions of CarOn’s women.
