STARTUP & THE 103KM TRACK: REDEFINING SPEED

12.04.2026

The numbers speak for themselves. However, for CarOn, the pride lies not just in his rank on the leaderboard—but in the strategic mindset behind how he conquered the track.

The Scene at Ha Long This afternoon, Ha Long welcomed the final athletes crossing the finish line under the early summer sun. In the grueling T103 category (2km Swim – 80km Bike – 21km Run), Mr. Pham Anh Quy completed the journey with an impressive time: 4 hours 55 minutes 36 seconds, outstandingly securing a spot in the Overall Top 10 and Top 3 in his age group at Aqua Warriors Halong Bay.

The numbers speak for themselves. However, for CarOn, the pride lies not just in his rank on the leaderboard—but in the strategic mindset behind how he conquered the track.

🏆 Speed is Not Just Bolting Forward—It’s Mastery

In Triathlon, "speed" has never been about blindly sprinting from the starting line. It is a management problem of endurance, synthesized from four key elements:

  • Preparation: Every metric is meticulously calculated, down to the very last breath.

  • Resource Allocation: Knowing exactly when to accelerate and when to hold the pace to avoid "breaking down" mid-way.

  • Adaptability: Flexibly adjusting tactics against the real-time shifts of terrain and weather.

  • Mental Fortitude: The will to push forward even when the body has hit its absolute limit.

This isn't a race for those who are merely the fastest for a moment—it’s a game for those who can maintain optimal velocity for the longest duration.

🏆 From the Triathlon Track to CarOn’s Operational Philosophy

Within that 103km journey, CarOn recognizes a familiar management principle:

  • No acceleration is sustainable without a rock-solid foundation of preparation.

  • No brilliant result comes from mere temporary luck.

  • And there is no "true speed" without the ability to control the business tempo.

This is precisely how CarOn defines its own journey: Accelerating based on fundamentals—never compromising quality for the sake of haste.

🏆 CarOn & The "Startup x Speed" Spirit

By standing alongside Mr. Quy in this race, CarOn is present not just as a sponsor, but to reaffirm a steadfast internal belief:

  • Act fast—but never reckless.

  • Accelerate—but stay in control.

  • Go the distance—through sheer persistence.

"Startup x Speed" isn't about trying to outrun competitors at any cost; it’s about maintaining the most suitable velocity to conquer oneself on a long-term marathon.

🚵 Looking Towards Ironman Da Nang

Ha Long is a proud milestone, but ahead lies Ironman 140.6 Da Nang—a harsher challenge demanding even deeper commitment.

Though the track may grow longer, the logic remains unchanged: He who controls the rhythm, goes the distance. CarOn believes the road ahead will continue to be a testament to the power of choosing the "right speed" at the "right time."

CarOn – Startup x Speed Don’t just run the fastest. Run right to go the furthest.
