Job Description

Warehouse Supervisor 

  • Execute import-export procedures: check and verify documents, update software, and manage the movement of goods.
  • Arrange and store goods in the warehouse methodically for easy inspection, ensuring sanitation and fire safety standards.
  • Track, conduct inventory counts, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly import-export-inventory reports.
  • Propose stocking plans for spare parts/supplies to ensure minimum inventory levels are maintained.
  • Detect, report, and propose solutions for damaged, defective, or missing goods, as well as products with missing packaging.
  • Coordinate with and support the shipping, accounting, and other related departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
Requirements
  • Gender: Male
  • Age: 25 – 35
  • Qualities: Hardworking, responsible, honest, and enthusiastic about work.
  • Experience: Trained in or has experience in the automotive or auto parts industry.
  • Attributes: Careful, meticulous, thorough, and in good health.
  • Discipline: Adherence to regulations, rules, and procedures.
  • Skills: Ability to work in a team and independently; able to handle work pressure.
  • Other Skills: Basic planning skills.

Round 2 (Culture): You will meet with the HR Department/Board of Directors to discuss your suitability with the company culture, working style, and career development vision.

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
