Job Description
  • Inbound & Outbound Management: Execute receiving and issuing procedures; verify goods against delivery notes and department requests. Receive items from suppliers, inspect quality, input data into the system, and handle returns from customers or to suppliers.

  • Inventory Monitoring: Closely track inbound-outbound-stock status via software; manage quantities of each item to ensure clear visibility of stock movements and support goods rotation to the storefront to meet sales demands.

  • Warehouse Organization: Arrange goods scientifically for easy access, observation, and inspection; update warehouse maps as needed; preserve goods according to standards and clearly note the status of defective items, damaged packaging, or slow-moving stock.

  • Facility & Asset Management: Oversee the warehouse facility and all stored equipment; ensure hygiene, fire safety, and 5S standards; perform periodic checks on shelving and surrounding areas to maintain a tidy and operational environment.

  • Reporting & Stocktaking: Plan and execute periodic inventory counts; report missing, damaged, or defective goods; propose disposal or handling solutions and submit daily, weekly, and monthly work reports as required.

  • Stock Level Optimization: Establish safety stock plans and propose optimal inventory levels for parts and materials; monitor fast-moving items to promptly report and suggest necessary adjustments to stock quotas.

  • Internal Coordination: Support delivery, accounting, and other relevant departments when needed to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

  • Other Tasks: Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
  • Hardworking, responsible, honest, and in good physical health.

  • Prior training or experience in the automotive industry, spare parts, or warehouse management is an advantage.

  • Strong commitment to discipline, company regulations, and operational procedures.

  • Basic knowledge of products and after-sales service operations.

  • Proficient in planning, synthesizing data, reporting, and using Microsoft Office.

  • Good communication and information exchange skills for both teamwork and independent tasks.

Work Mode
  • Base Salary: 10 – 12 million VND.

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
