Job Description
  • Inventory Ordering: Place orders to maintain stock levels in accordance with VinFast and Company standards.

  • Demand Forecasting: Monitor unusual demand and place timely orders to minimize delivery lead times.

  • Stock Optimization: Increase reserves for fast-moving items to satisfy customer needs.

  • Trend Analysis: Analyze inventory and parts trends to propose appropriate management solutions.

  • Special Orders: Track and place specific orders for specialized components and Back-Order (B/O) items.

  • Efficiency Improvement: Analyze parts shortages and slow-moving items to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Liquidation Solutions: Propose effective solutions for slow-selling or low-efficiency stock items.

  • Reporting: Provide data and reports as requested by management.

  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements
  • College degree or higher in Automotive Engineering, Power Machinery, or related fields.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in parts management, logistics, or equivalent roles.

  • High level of discipline, seriousness, and responsibility.

  • Creative mindset with a strong desire to learn and progress.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a professional service attitude.

  • Proficient in warehouse management and organization skills.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of automotive systems.

  • Hold a Junior College degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.

  • Prior experience in the automotive or electric motorbike industry is preferred.

Work Mode
  • Income: 10,000,000 – 13,000,000 VND (includes basic salary + lunch, gasoline, and phone allowances).

    Working Hours

  • 08 hours/day, 06 days/week.

  • Morning: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

  • Afternoon: 01:00 PM – 05:00 PM.

Round 2 (Culture): You will meet with the HR Department/Board of Directors to discuss your suitability with the company culture, working style, and career development vision.

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
