Talent Sourcing:
Source, attract, and develop a talent pipeline that aligns with the Company's hiring needs.
Proactively leverage recruitment channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, job boards, and other database sources.
Build and manage a database system for potential candidates.
Recruitment Operations:
Receive and process recruitment requests from various departments.
Post job openings, screen resumes, and contact prospective candidates.
Conduct initial screenings and preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit.
Partner with hiring managers throughout the interview process and onboarding stages.
Employer Branding:
Collaborate on creating recruitment content for the Company’s media channels.
Manage and develop hiring platforms to enhance the employer brand image.
Participate in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and candidate engagement activities.
College or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Recruitment or HR roles.
Proven skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and evaluation.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and various recruitment platforms.
Proactive, responsible, capable of working independently, and able to handle high work pressure.
