The Service Center Manager / Garage Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations, business services, and personnel within the center. This role ensures that repair, maintenance, car care, and insurance services are executed on schedule, according to protocol, and with the highest efficiency for both customers and the Company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Management: Oversee all tasks and personnel to provide top-quality repair, maintenance, detailing, and insurance services while ensuring operational efficiency and deadlines.
Business Strategy: Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly business plans and goals; take direct responsibility for service production, revenue, and sales targets.
Partner & Customer Management: Build, develop, and maintain relationships with partners and customers; collaborate to enhance service quality and business performance.
Monitoring & Reporting: Control, synthesize, and evaluate the center's service performance; submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on revenue and business efficiency to the Board of Directors; propose improvement measures.
Process & Service Standards: Establish and supervise the implementation of service protocols for each department (maintenance, bodywork, car care, etc.) to ensure consistent service quality.
Personnel Management: Create recruitment plans and coordinate with the HR department to hire staff; assign tasks and supervise the performance of the center's team.
Asset & Facility Management: Manage all center assets, tools, and equipment; ensure periodic maintenance and organized storage of equipment to maintain constant readiness.
Safety & Environment: Guarantee occupational safety, security, and environmental hygiene throughout all center activities.
Inter-departmental Coordination: Collaborate with relevant departments and perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00 (1-hour lunch break).
Proven experience in a similar position or relevant management role.
Hardworking, enthusiastic, agile, and highly responsible.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively under high pressure.
Detail-oriented with strong capabilities in operational monitoring and control.
Total Income: 15 - 25 million VND.
