Job Description
  • Oversee and manage all store operations.
  • Take full responsibility for store operations, store image, staff management, company assets, inventory, and offline marketing activities.
  • Ensure all employees maintain a professional appearance and comply with company grooming standards.
  • Receive KPIs and assignments from the Management Board and allocate tasks to store staff.
  • Monitor and supervise individual and overall store sales performance.
  • Prepare work schedules and shift rosters, and approve employee leave requests.
  • Train, coach, and onboard new employees.
  • Supervise and direct product merchandising and display activities.
  • Ensure staff carry out online marketing and social media posting in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Evaluate employee performance and productivity.
  • Monitor inventory and company assets to prevent shortages, loss, and waste.
  • Ensure employees understand and comply with company policies and actively participate in company activities and internal communications.
  • Implement and support the company's marketing and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales and customer consulting is preferred.
  • Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented service mindset.
  • Good leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage overall store operations.
  • Presentable appearance.
    • Minimum height: Male: 168 cm; Female: 158 cm.
    • Age: Under 30 years old.

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
