Job Description
  • General Management: Oversee all daily operations of the store.

  • Operational Oversight: Take responsibility for store operations, brand image, personnel, assets, inventory, and offline marketing.

  • Staff Professionalism: Ensure all staff adhere to regulations regarding conduct and professional appearance.

  • KPI Allocation: Receive KPIs and tasks from the Board of Directors and distribute them to store personnel.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and supervise sales figures for both individuals and the entire store.

  • Scheduling: Manage work shifts, schedules, and approve leave requests.

  • Training: Train and onboard new employees.

  • Visual Merchandising: Supervise product displays and showroom arrangements.

  • Online Presence: Monitor and ensure staff perform online marketing posts according to Company regulations.

  • Performance Review: Evaluate the work efficiency and performance of store staff.

  • Inventory & Asset Control: Manage goods and assets to minimize loss and waste.

  • Internal Compliance: Ensure staff understand company rules and actively participate in internal activities.

  • Marketing Execution: Implement communication and marketing activities as per the Company’s plan.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales or sales consulting.

  • Agile, proactive, and a strong willingness to learn.

  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric service mindset.

  • Strong management and organizational oversight skills.

  • Professional and pleasant appearance; priority for candidates under 30 years old (Male: ≥1m68; Female: ≥1m58).

  • Honest, responsible, and dedicated to the work.

  • Salary: Basic salary + Responsibility allowance + Sales commission.

Working Hours

  • 08 hours/day, 06 days/week.

  • Shifts: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 08:00 PM.

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
