Job Description

The Social Media position plays a vital role in building and maintaining the brand's image across social platforms. This role goes beyond just posting content; it is a blend of strategic thinking, creative content development, and data analysis to optimize communication effectiveness.

Direct Report: Marketing Manager

Collaborating Departments: Sales, Customer Service, Content Creators, and the Social Media team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop detailed weekly, monthly, and yearly content plans across all social media channels. Create and edit engaging content, including articles, images, and videos, tailored to the specific requirements of each platform.

  • Directly manage and operate the brand’s social media channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice. Foster community engagement, handle user feedback, and coordinate with customer support.

  • Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as Reach, Engagement, and Conversion. Prepare periodic reports and propose data-driven solutions to improve overall effectiveness.

  • Proactively stay updated with the latest social media trends and monitor competitor activities to optimize content strategy and channel operations.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar or relevant role.

  • Target age group: Gen Z (born from 1998 onwards).

  • Gender: Male/Female.

  • Strong copywriting and creative content development skills.

  • Deep understanding of social media platform algorithms and operations.

  • Logical thinking with the ability to analyze data and evaluate work performance.

  • Proficient in creative tools such as Photoshop, CapCut, Canva, Xingtu, and AI-driven applications.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

Work Mode
  • Base Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience and capacity.

  • Probation Period: 2 months at 85% of the official salary.

  • Bonuses: 13th-month salary and public holiday bonuses.

  • Allowances:

    • Lunch: 30,000 VND/day.

    • Gasoline & Phone: 300,000 VND/month.

Round 1 (Expertise): You will interview with the Expertise Manager/Department Head for us to further evaluate your knowledge, professional skills, and practical management experience. Round 2 (Culture): You will meet with the HR Department/Board of Directors to discuss your suitability with the company culture, working style, and career development vision.

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
