Job Description
  • Operational & Customer Satisfaction Management: Take full responsibility for operational KPIs and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) targets for the Service Department as required by VinFast.

  • Service Process Compliance Control: Supervise strict adherence to VinFast’s service and spare parts policies, including appointment scheduling, service reception, and post-repair follow-ups.

  • Cost & Facility Control: Monitor departmental operating expenses and manage service facilities to ensure 5S standards are consistently maintained.

  • Service & Spare Parts Business Planning: Develop and oversee the execution of business plans for service and spare parts to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.

  • Customer Care Programs: Plan and organize customer care initiatives, promotional campaigns, and mobile service (mobile repair) programs.

  • Complaint Resolution: Directly handle and resolve customer complaints arising during service operations.

  • Team Training & Development: Attend VinFast’s Service Manager training courses to obtain certification, while organizing and conducting internal training for the team.

  • Assigned Duties: Follow work assignments from executive leadership and perform other tasks related to after-sales service operations as directed by superiors.

Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree, with preference given to majors in Automotive Engineering, Power Machinery Engineering, or Mechatronics.

  • At least 3 years of experience in the automotive after-sales service sector.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Service Manager position at authorized automotive dealerships.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and social media platforms.

  • Excellent communication and customer care skills.

  • Creative, sharp, and proactive in work.

  • Strong leadership and situational handling skills; ability to perform comprehensive analysis while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.

  • Age range: 25 – 40 years old; professional and pleasant appearance; clear, standard pronunciation (no strong regional accent).

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
