Job Description
  • Repair Order Processing: Receive repair orders from Service Advisors, verify information, and assign tasks to repair teams.

  • System Updates: Accurately update repair order status on Cyber and DMS systems.

  • Bay Allocation: Allocate vehicles to repair bays efficiently to optimize turnaround time and technician productivity.

  • Progress Monitoring: Track repair progress and promptly report cases that may impact deadlines or quality.

  • Vehicle Flow Coordination: Collaborate with drivers to move vehicles within the workshop logically, ensuring smooth traffic flow and bay optimization.

  • Internal Communication: Act as a liaison to facilitate information flow between related departments and production teams.

  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements
  • Intermediate degree or higher in Automotive Engineering, Power Machinery, or Electrical/Electronics.

  • Minimum of 3 months of experience as a Technician at authorized automotive dealerships.

  • Agile, enthusiastic, and willing to learn and support automotive repair and maintenance tasks.

  • Income: 8,000,000 – 11,000,000 VND (including basic salary + allowances + productivity pay).

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
