Workshop Operations Management: Execute functional tasks with a priority on legal compliance regarding labor management; ensure workshop operations are standardized, simplified, lean, and efficiency-focused.
Personnel Organization & Management: Organize performance appraisals; build a professional work culture and environment; provide training and guidance to enhance the skills and expertise of technicians.
Budget & Cost Control: Develop and monitor budgets, labor costs, and operational expenses of the service workshop.
Internal Compliance Control: Communicate, guide, and supervise adherence to company regulations, policies, job functions, and relevant authorizations.
Work Planning & Coordination: Establish daily work plans for general repairs; delegate tasks to technicians based on their individual competencies and job requirements.
Technician KPI Management: Manage and improve technician-related KPIs, including efficiency, productivity, and utilization rates.
Repair Progress & Quality Control: Take full responsibility for monitoring repair progress and quality; provide technical support for diagnosis and repairs; assist Service Advisors in initial vehicle diagnostics.
Process-Driven Operations: Manage and control workshop activities to ensure full compliance with the procedures, regulations, and guidelines of both the Company and VinFast.
Reporting & Supervision: Provide information and reports as requested by leadership or authorities; conduct inspections to promptly detect and prevent violations within the department.
Additional Duties: Execute other tasks as directed by the Board of Management.
Hold a Bachelor’s or Junior College degree in Automotive Engineering or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in service workshops, with at least 2 years in a similar role such as Team Leader or Workshop Manager.
High level of discipline with a serious and professional mindset.
Fair, decisive, and highly responsible in work.
Strong capabilities in organization, coordination, and operational control.
Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop a team of technicians.
Income: 15,000,000 – 25,000,000 VND; including basic salary + allowances + productivity-based pay.
