Job Description

The Service Advisor is the primary point of contact for customers throughout the vehicle intake, consultation, and delivery process. This role acts as a bridge between the customer and the service workshop, ensuring that repairs and maintenance are conducted transparently and professionally to provide an exceptional customer experience.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Reception & Inspection: Greet customers and conduct a joint vehicle condition inspection upon intake.

  • Service Consultation: Discuss and reach an agreement with customers on the most suitable repair or maintenance solutions for their vehicles.

  • Management of Arising Issues: Proactively update and advise customers on any additional items or issues discovered during the repair process.

  • Vehicle Delivery: Perform formal vehicle handovers to customers after service completion, ensuring all information is clear and comprehensive.

  • Cross-departmental Coordination: Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve complaints and support the handling of issues arising during the customer service journey.

  • Other Tasks: Execute additional duties as requested by management.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor.

  • Solid understanding of the automotive or electric motorcycle industry.

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Tactful and subtle in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

  • Clear and coherent communication; excellent presentation and persuasion skills.

  • Proficient in task organization, decision-making, and problem-solving.

Work Mode
  • Base Salary: 8 – 15 million VND (Negotiable based on capacity).

If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
