Job Description

Service Advisor 

  • Greet and advise customers on services; inspect vehicle condition.
  • Create and manage Repair Orders (ROs): provide quotations, advise on additional services/parts, and handle arising issues.
  • Monitor the progress of repairs, car washing, test drives, final completion, and vehicle handover.
  • Coordinate with technicians and related departments to resolve incidents and complaints.
  • Follow the 6-step Service Advisor process.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Service Manager.
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday (on a rotating shift basis)
    • Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
    • Shift 2: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Break: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
Requirements
  • Gender: Male
  • Age: 22 – 30
  • Education: Graduated from College or higher with a degree in Automotive Mechanics, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Good communication and customer care skills.
  • Professional Skills: Ability in presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving.
  • Qualities: Tactful, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate well with the technical team.

  • Income: Attractive salary from 10 – 20 million VND/month (negotiable based on performance).

Round 2 (Culture): You will meet with the HR Department/Board of Directors to discuss your suitability with the company culture, working style, and career development vision.

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
