Quantity needed: 03 employees
Sales Planning: Develop and organize the execution of weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans.
Revenue Accountability: Ensure the achievement of assigned revenue targets and KPIs.
Team Management: Allocate, organize, and manage the workload of the sales team.
Training & Development: Coach, train, and develop the professional skills of sales executives.
Strategic Advisory: Advise the Board of Directors on business strategies, plans, and solutions.
Market Research: Research, evaluate, and develop market opportunities.
Sales Participation: Directly engage in sales activities and deal-closing when necessary.
Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.
College degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Valid driver's license.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in management or business administration.
Priority given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience as a Sales Manager in automotive companies/dealerships.
Proficient in data analysis, reporting, communication, and Microsoft Office.
Strong skills in teamwork, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation.
Honest, dynamic, creative, enthusiastic, and able to work under high pressure.
Income: Competitive, ranging from 20,000,000 to 100,000,000 VND.
Salary Structure: Base salary (10M – 13M VND) + allowances (lunch, gasoline, phone) + profit-based commission per vehicle sold.
