SCREENING & PHONE INTERVIEW
Your application (CV) will be carefully reviewed and evaluated. If successful, we will contact you for a short phone interview to confirm initial information and experience.
IN-DEPTH INTERVIEWS
Round 1 (Expertise): You will interview with the Expertise Manager/Department Head for us to further evaluate your knowledge, professional skills, and practical management experience. Round 2 (Culture): You will meet with the HR Department/Board of Directors to discuss your suitability with the company culture, working style, and career development vision.
ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
