Job Description

Sales Manager 

  • Develop and organize the implementation of the company's weekly, monthly, and annual business plans.
  • Advise the Board of Directors on strategies, plans, and methods for business operations.
  • Research, evaluate, and develop the market.
  • Directly perform tasks related to sales activities.
Requirements
  • Gender: Male
  • Education: Graduated from College or higher with a major in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in management or business administration (candidates with at least 1 year of experience as a manager are preferred).
  • Skills: Ability to synthesize and analyze report data, good communication skills, and proficiency in office computer skills.
  • Soft Skills: Skilled in teamwork, persuasion, negotiation, and presentation.
  • Qualities: High integrity, dynamic, creative, honest, and enthusiastic about work.
Work Mode
  • Competitive Income: From 20 – 100 million VND/month (Including: base salary + lunch and transportation allowances + profit bonus per vehicle sold).

Round 2 (Culture): You will meet with the HR Department/Board of Directors to discuss your suitability with the company culture, working style, and career development vision.

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
