Quantity needed: 45 employees
Sales Targets: Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas for VinFast electric vehicles.
Sales Activities: Execute sales processes and proactively seek potential customers.
Training & Expertise: Master sales skills and complete training programs provided by the Dealership and VinFast Factory.
Customer Care: Maintain relationships and support current, prospective, and past customers.
Warranty & Consulting: Handle product warranty requests and provide basic technical consulting.
Events: Participate in organizing product launches, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as requested by the Facility Manager.
Intermediate degree or higher.
Agile, proactive, and a strong willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively under high pressure.
Prior experience in sales or sales consulting is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Professional and pleasant appearance; priority for candidates under 30 years old (Male: ≥1m68; Female: ≥1m58).
Honest, responsible, and dedicated to the work.
Salary: Basic salary + sales commission.
Allowances: Lunch allowance.

Leave Policy: 12 days of paid annual leave per year.
08 hours/day, 06 days/week.
Morning: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Afternoon: 01:00 PM – 05:00 PM.
