Job Description

Sales Consultant

  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets for VinFast.
  • Find and provide customer care before, during, and after the sale.
  • Participate in skills training, promotional events, and product showcases.
  • Assist with handling warranty claims and other assigned duties.
Requirements
  • Age: 20 - 30 years old.
  • Education: Intermediate degree or higher. A driver's license is an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 01 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Skills: Good communication, agile, able to work under pressure, enthusiastic, and honest.
  • Appearance: Presentable appearance (Male: 1m68 or taller, Female: 1m58 or taller).

SCREENING & PHONE INTERVIEW

IN-DEPTH INTERVIEWS
Round 1 (Expertise): You will interview with the Expertise Manager/Department Head for us to further evaluate your knowledge, professional skills, and practical management experience. Round 2 (Culture): You will meet with the HR Department/Board of Directors to discuss your suitability with the company culture, working style, and career development vision.

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
