Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES CONSULTANT

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets for VinFast electric vehicles.

  • Execute sales activities and actively prospect for new customers.

  • Learn and master sales skills; complete training courses provided by the dealership and the VinFast factory.

  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with past, current, and prospective customers.

  • Receive product warranty requests and provide basic-level consulting or troubleshooting.

  • Participate in organizing promotional events and product showcases.

  • Perform other tasks as requested by the facility manager.

WORKING HOURS & CONDITIONS

  • Schedule: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week.

  • Shifts: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (includes a 1-hour break). (Note: Working hours may be adjusted depending on the region or actual business operations).

  • Equipment: Provided with the necessary working tools in accordance with job requirements and company policies.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Demographics: Male or Female, 18 - 35 years old.* * Appearance: Professional and presentable appearance. Minimum height: Male 1.68m, Female 1.58m.

  • Experience: Candidates with previous experience in sales or sales consulting are highly preferred.

  • Attitude: Proactive, agile working style, and an eagerness to learn.

  • Skills: Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.

  • Qualities: Honest, responsible, and highly dedicated to the job.

Round 2 (Culture): You will meet with the HR Department/Board of Directors to discuss your suitability with the company culture, working style, and career development vision.

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
