Job Description
  • Order Management: Execute ordering plans; track and adjust factory orders on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.

  • Sales Tracking: Monitor dealership sales performance; prepare and submit daily sales reports to the Brand and Board of Directors.

  • Training Coordination: Track the Brand’s training schedules and disseminate information to the sales department.

  • Data Accountability: Manage and take responsibility for customer information accuracy on the VinFast system.

  • Claim Processing: Prepare monthly claim reports and related supporting documents for submission to VinFast.

  • DMS Operations: Process sales on the DMS; monitor and report dealership business status via DMS and internal software.

  • Inventory Control: Track vehicle arrivals and deliveries on the system; provide daily reports to the Brand and Board of Directors.

  • Warranty & Contracts: Manage the inventory of warranty booklets and oversee contract tracking/sequencing.

  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements
  • Female.

  • College degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Foreign Languages, or related fields.

  • Prior experience in the automotive industry is preferred.

  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant professional software.

  • Ability to work independently with high proactivity and responsibility.

  • Honest, meticulous, hardworking, and enthusiastic; professional and courteous toward colleagues and partners.

Work Mode
  • Salary: 10,000,000 – 12,000,000 VND.

  • Allowances: Lunch, gasoline, and phone allowances.

  • Leave Policy: 12 days of paid annual leave per year.

    Working Hours

  • 08 hours/day, from Monday to Saturday.

  • Morning: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

  • Afternoon: 01:00 PM – 05:00 PM.

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
