Quantity needed: 01 employees
Sales Target Achievement: Receive assigned KPIs from the Store Manager and ensure the completion of sales targets as required.
Product & Sales Policy Advisory: Master product specifications, brand policies, vehicle registration procedures, and installment support to provide accurate advice to customers.
Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management: Proactively seek new customers, provide dedicated support, and maintain relationships throughout the sales process.
Sales Reporting: Ensure full collection of customer information for sales reporting; master and execute the vehicle sales reporting process proactively.
Order Planning: Develop vehicle ordering plans based on potential lead volume and the actual inventory status at the store.
Social Media Marketing: Regularly post promotional content on social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Zalo in accordance with company regulations.
Events & Communication Activities: Participate in communication activities and events organized by the Company or requested by the Brand.
Working Hours: 08 hours per day, 06 days per week.
Shifts: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 08:00 PM (1-hour break included).
Working hours may be adjusted based on regional requirements or practical situations.
Male/Female, aged 18 – 35, with a professional and pleasant appearance.
Prior experience in sales or sales consulting is preferred.
Agile, proactive, and a strong willingness to learn.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Honest, responsible, and dedicated to the work.
Salary: Basic salary + sales commission.
