Job Description

Sales Admin 

  • Execute ordering plans; monitor and adjust for any changes to be sent to the factory.
  • Monitor the dealership's sales performance; prepare daily sales reports for the Manufacturer and the Board of Directors.
  • Manage customer, contract, and warranty data on the VinFast & DMS systems.
  • Process sales transactions, track vehicle inventory (inflow/outflow), and prepare periodic inventory reports.
  • Manage the Manufacturer's training schedule, claim reports, and related documents.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by a supervisor.
Requirements
  • Gender: Male/Female
  • Age: 25 – 30
  • Education: Female candidates who have graduated from College or higher (with a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or Foreign Languages).
  • Preference: Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in office computer skills, with good analytical and synthesis abilities.
  • Work Ethic: Proactive, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attitude: Honest, meticulous, dynamic, eager to learn, with good communication skills.
Work Mode
  • Income: 10 – 12 million VND/month (based on performance).
  • Allowances: Lunch, transportation, and phone.

  • Insurance: Contribution to Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance as required by law.
  • Paid Leave: 12 days of paid annual leave.

  • Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday
    • Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM.

Round 2 (Culture): You will meet with the HR Department/Board of Directors to discuss your suitability with the company culture, working style, and career development vision.

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
