Job Description
  • Reception: Manage the front desk and welcome visitors/partners to the office.

  • Facilities Management: Monitor the lobby and common areas; report equipment issues or malfunctions.

  • Mail & Couriers: Handle incoming/outgoing mail and parcels; manage periodic payments.

  • Office Supplies: Manage and distribute stationery and pantry supplies as regulated.

  • Meeting Room Coordination: Prepare and schedule meeting rooms according to the calendar.

  • Personnel Support: Issue uniforms and name tags upon request.

  • Events & Engagement: Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, training, and team activities.

  • Compliance Monitoring: Supervise adherence to company rules and report violations.

  • Other Tasks: Perform duties as assigned by the Department Head.

Requirements
  • Female, under 28 years old, with a professional and pleasant appearance.

  • College degree or higher.

  • Prior experience is preferred.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and office equipment (printer, scanner).

  • Hold a Junior College degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.

  • Prior experience in the automotive or electric motorbike industry is preferred.

  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills; proficient in computer use, office applications, and related software.

  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and with a high sense of responsibility.

  • Good ethics, dynamic, creative, honest, meticulous, and a strong willingness to learn.

  • Polite and harmonious demeanor toward colleagues and external partners.

  • Hold a Junior College degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.

Work Mode
  • Income: 8,000,000 – 10,000,000 VND (negotiable).

  • Allowances: Lunch, gasoline, and phone allowances.

    Working Hours

08 hours/day, from Monday to Saturday morning.

Morning: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

Afternoon: 01:30 PM – 05:30 PM

Round 1 (Expertise): You will interview with the Expertise Manager/Department Head for us to further evaluate your knowledge, professional skills, and practical management experience. Round 2 (Culture): You will meet with the HR Department/Board of Directors to discuss your suitability with the company culture, working style, and career development vision.

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
