Job Description

Receptionist 

  • Handle professional reception duties for welcoming customers.
  • Answer the company's main telephone line.
  • Support sales staff in receiving guests and ensure product displays are well-maintained.
  • Compile daily reports on customer information.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department and the Board of Directors.
  • Support the Internal Affairs Department with logistics for company events and training sessions.
Requirements
  • Gender: Female
  • Age: 19 - 25
  • Education: Intermediate degree or higher.
  • Skills & Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; outgoing with a clear and expressive speaking voice. Must be agile, lively, attentive, and responsible.
  • Attitude: Meticulous, hardworking, friendly, and courteous with colleagues and customers.
Work Mode
  • Salary: Attractive salary up to 9 million VND/month (negotiable based on performance).
  • Allowances: For lunch, transportation, phone, etc.

SCREENING & PHONE INTERVIEW

IN-DEPTH INTERVIEWS
Round 1 (Expertise): You will interview with the Expertise Manager/Department Head for us to further evaluate your knowledge, professional skills, and practical management experience. Round 2 (Culture): You will meet with the HR Department/Board of Directors to discuss your suitability with the company culture, working style, and career development vision.

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
