Quantity needed: 01 employees
Surface Preparation: Perform all surface preparation stages, including putty application (sanding/filling) and primer coating.
Painting & Finishing: Execute spray painting and polishing to ensure the surface meets technical specifications and quality standards.
Equipment Operation: Operate tools and machinery according to technical guidelines to ensure workplace safety and equipment longevity.
Tool & Equipment Management: Maintain tools, equipment, and machinery in a clean, organized, and professional manner.
Vehicle Protection: Safeguard and maintain the condition of customer vehicles throughout the repair process.
Incident Reporting: Promptly report any issues or complications arising during the repair process to supervisors.
Compliance: Strictly adhere to company internal rules, regulations, and workplace policies.
Additional Duties: Perform other tasks related to surface repair and painting as assigned by the Team Leader or Workshop Manager.
Inventory & Tool Responsibility: Manage the spare parts warehouse, perform monthly inventory counts, and ensure minimum stock levels; take full responsibility for repair tools and equipment at the service workshop.
Working Hours: 08 hours per day, 06 days per week.
Morning shift: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Break: 12:00 PM – 01:00 PM).
Afternoon shift: 01:00 PM – 05:00 PM.
Working hours may be adjusted based on regional requirements or practical situations.
Work Equipment: Provided with necessary working tools in accordance with job requirements and Company regulations
Hold an Intermediate, Junior College, or Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
Possess fundamental knowledge and practical experience in automotive repair.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Salary: 8,000,000 – 15,000,000 VND; negotiable based on competency, including meal allowance, hazardous duty allowance, and individual sales commission.
