Job Description
  • Marketing Planning: Conceptualize and execute marketing initiatives for the showroom.

  • Content Creation: Coordinate and manage media content across online channels, including Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, and related platforms.

  • Branding: Support brand building and promote products, services, and sales programs.

  • Event Coordination: Collaborate in organizing media programs, showroom events, activations, and promotional activities.

  • Market Insight: Track, update, and propose marketing ideas tailored to practical market needs.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Service departments to implement effective marketing campaigns.

  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role.

  • Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms.

  • Strong capability in ideation, content creation, and task execution.

  • Proactive, agile, highly responsible, and eager to learn.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.

    Working Hours

  • 08 hours/day, 06 days/week.

  • Morning: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

  • Afternoon: 01:00 PM – 05:00 PM

IN-DEPTH INTERVIEWS
Round 1 (Expertise): You will interview with the Expertise Manager/Department Head for us to further evaluate your knowledge, professional skills, and practical management experience. Round 2 (Culture): You will meet with the HR Department/Board of Directors to discuss your suitability with the company culture, working style, and career development vision.

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
