Job Description

Marketing Executive 

  • Conduct market, target customer, and competitor research to develop marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including advertising, events, and online/offline communications.
  • Create content for various channels such as social media, websites, blogs, videos, catalogues, etc.
  • Manage budgets, measure campaign effectiveness, and report on the results.
Requirements
  • Gender: Male/Female
  • Age: 22 – 30
  • Education: Graduated from a College/University with a major in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media, Ads, etc.).
  • Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Canva/CapCut/Photoshop; ability to do voice-overs or appear on camera.
  • Attitude: A positive and responsible attitude, a strong teamwork spirit, and a desire for long-term commitment.
Work Mode
  • Base Salary: Up to 15 million VND/month (based on performance).
    • Probationary period is 2 months at 85% of the official salary.
  • Bonuses: 13th-month salary + Holiday and Tet bonuses.
  • Allowances: Lunch (30,000 VND/day), plus a combined transportation & phone allowance (300,000 VND/month).

SCREENING & PHONE INTERVIEW

IN-DEPTH INTERVIEWS
Round 1 (Expertise): You will interview with the Expertise Manager/Department Head for us to further evaluate your knowledge, professional skills, and practical management experience. Round 2 (Culture): You will meet with the HR Department/Board of Directors to discuss your suitability with the company culture, working style, and career development vision.

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
