Job Description
  • Recruitment: Assist in JDs development and execute full-cycle recruitment to meet staffing needs.

  • Records Management: Maintain employee files and update personnel data for appointments, transfers, and resignations.

  • Payroll & Tax: Manage timekeeping, payroll, and Personal Income Tax (PIT).

  • Employee Welfare: Coordinate internal visits (weddings, funerals, illness) and manage welfare funds.

  • General Admin: Manage office expenses, stationery, couriers, and evaluate service providers.

  • Contract Management: Oversee administrative service contracts and operational costs.

  • Compliance & Policy: Develop and monitor internal rules and workplace regulations.

  • Admin Support: Assist staff with administrative procedures and documentation.

  • Internal Auditing: Coordinate internal inspections and compliance checks.

  • Reporting: Prepare periodic HR & Admin reports and other situational reports as requested.

  • Other Tasks: Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements
  • Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or related fields.

  • Proficient in full-cycle HR & Admin tasks (recruitment, payroll, PIT, social insurance, and office admin).

  • Strong skills in organization, data synthesis, and reporting.

  • Meticulous, responsible, and committed to confidentiality and legal compliance.

  • Effective collaboration skills and flexibility in problem-solving.

  • Disciplined, proactive, and professional work attitude.

  • Hold a Junior College degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.

  • Prior experience in the automotive or electric motorbike industry is preferred.

  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and with a high sense of responsibility.

Round 1 (Expertise): You will interview with the Expertise Manager/Department Head for us to further evaluate your knowledge, professional skills, and practical management experience. Round 2 (Culture): You will meet with the HR Department/Board of Directors to discuss your suitability with the company culture, working style, and career development vision.

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
