Recruitment: Assist in JDs development and execute full-cycle recruitment to meet staffing needs.
Records Management: Maintain employee files and update personnel data for appointments, transfers, and resignations.
Payroll & Tax: Manage timekeeping, payroll, and Personal Income Tax (PIT).
Employee Welfare: Coordinate internal visits (weddings, funerals, illness) and manage welfare funds.
General Admin: Manage office expenses, stationery, couriers, and evaluate service providers.
Contract Management: Oversee administrative service contracts and operational costs.
Compliance & Policy: Develop and monitor internal rules and workplace regulations.
Admin Support: Assist staff with administrative procedures and documentation.
Internal Auditing: Coordinate internal inspections and compliance checks.
Reporting: Prepare periodic HR & Admin reports and other situational reports as requested.
Other Tasks: Perform additional duties assigned by management.
Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or related fields.
Proficient in full-cycle HR & Admin tasks (recruitment, payroll, PIT, social insurance, and office admin).
Strong skills in organization, data synthesis, and reporting.

Hold a Junior College degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.
