Human Resources Duties:
Execute recruitment processes according to company needs.
Manage personnel profiles, labor contracts, appointment/transfer decisions, and resignations.
Monitor timekeeping; coordinate payroll and benefit calculations for employees.
Handle social insurance procedures and statutory labor reports.
Organize welfare activities, family events (weddings/funerals), birthdays, and employee care programs.
Administrative Duties:
Manage administrative expenses, office supplies, and office services.
Oversee and track service contracts: electricity, water, internet, couriers, cleaning, security, etc.
Process administrative requests: business trips, flight and hotel bookings, insurance, etc.
Communicate, update, and monitor compliance with Company internal rules and regulations.
Coordinate inspections of workplace discipline and regulations adherence.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the HR & Administration field.
Priority given to candidates with experience in automotive showrooms, dealerships, or service workshops.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Honest, meticulous, responsible, and capable of working under high pressure.
Proactive with a strong willingness to learn and develop oneself.
