Job Description

Head of Finance

Financial Planning & Control:

  • Develop, execute, and control financial plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Team Management:

  • Responsible for managing and professionally developing the Finance & Accounting team.
  • Participate in workforce planning and recruitment for the department.

Cash Flow Management & Operations:

  • Manage and coordinate cash flow effectively across the entire business ecosystem.
  • Control and approve payment requests and documents according to the delegation of authority.

External Relations:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for working with tax authorities, financial institutions, partners, shareholders, and other relevant parties as directed.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of General Directors and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Requirements
  • Gender: Female
  • Education: Graduate of a full-time program from a top university (e.g., National Economics University, Foreign Trade University, Academy of Finance, Vietnam University of Commerce, etc.).
  • Qualities: Passionate about the work, dedicated, and committed to a long-term career with the company.
Work Mode
  • Salary Range: 30 - 35 million VND/month.
  • Annual Leave: 12 days of paid leave per year.
  • Bonuses: 13th-month salary bonus and an annual performance-based bonus package.
  • Stock Options: Eligible for the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) when the company is listed on the stock exchange.

Round 1 (Expertise): You will interview with the Expertise Manager/Department Head for us to further evaluate your knowledge, professional skills, and practical management experience. Round 2 (Culture): You will meet with the HR Department/Board of Directors to discuss your suitability with the company culture, working style, and career development vision.

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
