Job Description
  • Repair Execution: Perform assigned repair tasks, ensuring both quality standards and requested deadlines.

  • Parts & Materials Management: Utilize correct types and quantities of spare parts and materials according to technical requirements.

  • Equipment Operation: Operate tools and machinery following technical guidelines to ensure workplace safety and equipment longevity.

  • Workshop Maintenance: Keep the work area clean and safe; manage tools and machinery in an organized and professional manner.

  • Vehicle Protection: Safeguard and maintain the condition of customer vehicles throughout the service process.

  • Incident Reporting: Promptly report any issues or complications arising during the repair process.

  • Compliance: Strictly adhere to company internal rules, regulations, and safety protocols.

  • Self-Development: Proactively learn and enhance professional skills and technical expertise.

Requirements
  • Intermediate, Junior College, or Bachelor’s degree in related fields.

  • Proven knowledge and experience in automotive repair.

  • Strong teamwork skills, agile mindset, and a high willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work effectively under high pressure.

  • Honest, responsible, and dedicated to the work.

Work Mode
  • Salary: Basic salary + allowances + individual performance commission.

    Working Hours

  • 08 hours/day, 06 days/week.

  • Morning: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

  • Afternoon: 01:00 PM – 05:00 PM.

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
