Job Description

Senior EV Technician (KTV Chính)

  • Master VinFast's standard operating procedures and regulations.

  • Receive vehicles, diagnose technical issues, and determine appropriate repair solutions.

  • Create repair orders and submit warranty claims.

  • Monitor the progress of VinFast’s warranty approvals.

  • Assign tasks and provide technical guidance to other technicians for troubleshooting.

  • Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) for new vehicles and final inspections for repaired vehicles.

  • Conduct technical coaching and re-training for the team.

  • Manage the spare parts warehouse, perform monthly inventory counts, and maintain minimum stock levels.

  • Develop spare parts procurement plans based on service volume and repair demand.

  • Take full responsibility for the management of tools and equipment at the service workshop.

Junior EV Technician (KTV Phụ)

  • Receive customer vehicles arriving for services.

  • Identify basic faults and perform hardware-related tasks such as disassembly, assembly, and parts replacement.

  • Process repair orders using the DMS (Dealer Management System).

  • Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) for new vehicles and post-repair inspections.

  • Support spare parts warehouse management, including monthly inventory counts and maintaining minimum stock levels.

  • Take responsibility for the maintenance and storage of workshop tools and equipment.

Requirements
  • Hold an Intermediate degree or higher; no prior experience in electric motorbikes required.

  • Possess knowledge or practical skills in mechanics, machinery manufacturing, or engineering.

  • Honest, hardworking, in good health, and professional appearance.

  • Age range: 18 - 35 years old.

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
