Operations & Product Management: Oversee the setup and updates of products, pricing, and content management (CMS).
Business Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive business plans and manage allocated budgets.
Design and execute promotional campaigns to drive traffic and improve conversion rates (CR).
Digital Marketing & Traffic Acquisition: Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Email Marketing to boost sales performance.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Traffic, Average Order Value (AOV), and Conversion Rates.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, IT, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.
Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Propose innovative growth strategies based on market insights.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position or relevant role.
Leadership: Strong management skills and a proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in strategic planning, reporting, and evaluating performance metrics.
Market Insight: Strong capability in market analysis, information synthesis, and organizational planning with a sharp eye for processing data and trends.
Base Salary: 20 - 25 million VND (Negotiable for senior-level candidates based on capacity).
Probation Period: 2 months at 85% of the official salary.
Bonuses: 13th-month salary, performance-based bonuses, and public holiday bonuses.
Allowances:
Lunch: 30,000 VND/day.
Transportation & Mobile: 300,000 VND/month.
