Job Description

The E-commerce Manager is responsible for the operations, strategic planning, and revenue growth across all online platforms. This role involves managing product listings, pricing, promotional programs, and digital marketing activities. The goal is to optimize user experience and leverage business data analytics to consistently achieve KPIs.

  • Direct Report: Sales Director

  • Collaborating Departments: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing

     

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operations & Product Management: Oversee the setup and updates of products, pricing, and content management (CMS).

  • Business Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive business plans and manage allocated budgets.

  • Design and execute promotional campaigns to drive traffic and improve conversion rates (CR).

  • Digital Marketing & Traffic Acquisition: Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Email Marketing to boost sales performance.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Traffic, Average Order Value (AOV), and Conversion Rates.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, IT, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.

  • Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

  • Propose innovative growth strategies based on market insights.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position or relevant role.

  • Leadership: Strong management skills and a proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in strategic planning, reporting, and evaluating performance metrics.

  • Market Insight: Strong capability in market analysis, information synthesis, and organizational planning with a sharp eye for processing data and trends.

Work Mode
  • Base Salary: 20 - 25 million VND (Negotiable for senior-level candidates based on capacity).

  • Probation Period: 2 months at 85% of the official salary.

  • Bonuses: 13th-month salary, performance-based bonuses, and public holiday bonuses.

  • Allowances:

    • Lunch: 30,000 VND/day.

    • Transportation & Mobile: 300,000 VND/month.

  • Career Roadmap: Clear promotion path with the opportunity to advance to the CEO position.

Round 2 (Culture): You will meet with the HR Department/Board of Directors to discuss your suitability with the company culture, working style, and career development vision.

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
