Quantity needed: 01 employees
Database Management: Update customer information on software and proactively contact customers post-service.
Service Reminders: Call customers for maintenance reminders, invite them for follow-up services, and schedule appointments on the system.
Inquiry & Complaint Handling: Receive and accurately record customer inquiries and complaints regarding services.
Hotline Operation: Manage the Customer Service department's hotline.
Promotion Coordination: Collaborate with the Marketing department to communicate promotional programs and service packages to customers.
Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on customer service activities as requested by the Board of Directors or Center Manager.
Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Male/Female, with an Intermediate degree or higher.
Excellent communication skills, standard pronunciation, honest, and agile.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
Salary: 8,000,000 – 10,000,000 VND.
Allowances: Meal, gasoline, and phone allowances.

Morning: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
