Job Description
  • Damage Assessment: Evaluate vehicle damage, perform repairs, and reassemble body components.

  • Body Restoration: Repair and restore dented, deformed, or damaged vehicle bodies and frames.

  • Tool Operation: Properly use technical tools and equipment while ensuring workplace safety.

  • Equipment Management: Maintain tools and machinery in a clean, organized, and professional manner.

  • Vehicle Protection: Safeguard and maintain the condition of customer vehicles throughout the process.

  • Incident Reporting: Promptly report any issues or complications arising during the repair process.

  • Compliance: Strictly adhere to company internal rules, regulations, and workplace policies.

  • Other Tasks: Perform additional duties as assigned by the Team Leader or Workshop Manager.

Requirements
  • Hold an Intermediate, Junior College, or Bachelor’s degree in related fields.

  • Possess fundamental knowledge and practical experience in automotive repair.

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Work Mode
  • Salary: 8,000,000 – 15,000,000 VND (negotiable based on competency); includes allowances and individual performance commission.

    Working Hours

  • 08 hours/day, 06 days/week.

  • Morning: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
