Job Description

Chief Accountant 

  • Prepare financial statements in accordance with tax regulations and create internal management reports.
  • Directly manage the accounting department and be responsible to the company for all finance and accounting activities.
  • Train, develop, and manage the personnel of the accounting department.
  • Organize and implement accounting operations, including preparing vouchers, maintaining ledgers, and filing tax reports in accordance with Vietnamese accounting law.
  • Stay fully updated on tax laws and policies; advise the board of directors accordingly.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Requirements
  • Gender: Female
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a full-time program at a top-tier university in an Economics-related field (e.g., National Economics University, Foreign Trade University, Academy of Finance, etc.).
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Chief Accountant.
  • Qualities: Passionate about the accounting profession, dedicated, and desires a long-term commitment to the company.
  • Skills: Good communication and negotiation skills.
Work Mode
  • Salary: Negotiable (within the range of 25 to 30 million VND/month).

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
