Job Description
  • Insurance Advisory: Consult customers on automotive insurance packages, including bodywork insurance, civil liability insurance, and physical damage insurance.

  • Benefits Explanation & Documentation Support: Clearly explain insurance benefits and coverage, while assisting customers with contract procedures and documentation.

  • Inter-departmental Coordination: Collaborate with Sales and Service departments to provide comprehensive, all-in-one insurance solutions for customers.

  • Interior & Accessories Consulting: Consult, introduce, and sell automotive interior products and accessories to customers.

  • Vehicle Upgrade Recommendations: Propose decoration and upgrade packages tailored to the specific needs and preferences of customers.

  • After-sales Customer Care: Perform post-sale follow-ups to maintain and build long-term relationships with customers.

  • Sales Target Achievement: Ensure the achievement of sales targets in accordance with the assigned business plan.

Requirements
  • Hold an Intermediate degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Insurance, or Automotive-related fields.

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a professional demeanor.

  • Prior experience in insurance consulting or sales within the finance, banking, or automotive industries is preferred.

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
