Job Description
  • Accounting Entries: Record and account for all daily financial and economic transactions.

  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash on hand and bank deposits; prepare daily cash reports.

  • Inventory & Invoicing: Process vehicle stock arrivals and deliveries; issue sales invoices.

  • Sales & Financing Tracking: Track sales contracts, vehicle claim profiles, and loan contracts/covenants.

  • Payment Processing: Complete payment documentation and propose payouts in accordance with regulations.

  • Internal Control: Verify source documents; perform periodic reconciliations and month-end closing.

  • Payroll Accounting: Review KPI-based payroll data and book monthly salary expenses.

  • Brand Coordination: Partner with Sales Administrators to complete settlement and payment profiles with the automaker.

  • Inventory Audit: Conduct physical vehicle stock counts on a weekly basis.

  • Management Reporting: Prepare monthly management reports.

  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as requested by the Management.

Requirements
  • Female, aged 25 – 37, in good health.

  • College or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

  • Priority given to candidates with experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting/dealer management software (Cyber, DMS).

  • Strong skills in data analysis, document processing, and teamwork.

  • Honest, meticulous, and able to work under high pressure.

Work Mode
  • Income: 16,000,000 VND + bonuses per Company regulations.

  • Allowances: Lunch, phone, and parking allowances.

    Working Hours

  • From Monday to Saturday (Sundays off).

  • Morning: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

  • Afternoon: 01:00 PM – 05:00 PM.

Round 2 (Culture): You will meet with the HR Department/Board of Directors to discuss your suitability with the company culture, working style, and career development vision.

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
