Job Description
  • Data Verification & Reconciliation: Inspect the balance between detailed and general accounting data; verify ending balances of accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Accounting Entries: Execute entries for revenue, expenses, depreciation, fixed asset adjustments, tools and supplies, liabilities, and other arising transactions.

  • Tax Filing & Documentation: Prepare VAT and PIT declarations on a quarterly and annual basis; handle documents related to asset leasing and other relevant accounting procedures.

  • Financial Reporting & Synthesis: Produce monthly management reports; prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with statutory requirements.

  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with relevant departments to review data, standardize documents, and ensure accounting deadlines are met.

     

Working Hours: 8 hours/day, with Saturday afternoons and Sundays off.

  • Morning: 08:00 – 12:00

  • Break: 12:00 – 13:30

  • Afternoon: 13:30 – 17:30

  • (Working hours may be adjusted based on regional requirements or actual situations).

Requirements
  • Female, aged 25 to 37, in good health.

  • College or University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

  • Priority given to candidates with experience in the sales or repair sectors of automobiles and motorcycles.

  • Strong teamwork skills with excellent capabilities in calculation, analysis, and processing of accounting data.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software such as Cyber and DMS.

  • Ability to work effectively under high pressure.

Work Mode
  • Total Income: 18 – 20 million VND (Further negotiable during the interview).

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
