Job Description
  • Store Cash Management: Manage cash flow at the store, including collecting and disbursing funds; track and provide daily financial reports as required.

  • Spare Parts Ordering: Process orders for spare parts based on requests from Technicians and the Store Manager.

  • Inventory Receiving: Execute the receiving process for vehicles, spare parts, accessories, and other related items into the warehouse.

  • System Transactions: Process sales reports and issue goods out of the DMS and Cyber systems in compliance with standard procedures.

  • Invoicing: Issue invoices for every order in accordance with regulations.

  • Working Hours: 08 hours per day, 06 days per week.

    • Morning shift: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Break: 12:00 PM – 01:00 PM).

    • Afternoon shift: 01:00 PM – 05:00 PM.

    • Working hours may be adjusted based on regional requirements or practical situations.

Requirements
  •  Hold a Junior College degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.
  • Prior experience in the automotive or electric motorbike industry is preferred.

  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills; proficient in computer use, office applications, and related software.

  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and with a high sense of responsibility.

  • Good ethics, dynamic, creative, honest, meticulous, and a strong willingness to learn.

  • Polite and harmonious demeanor toward colleagues and external partners.

ONBOARDING
If selected, you will participate in Onboarding Training (internal regulations, occupational safety, etc.) on the first day. Afterwards, you will officially start your work in your specialized Department/Division.
