CarOn Signs Strategic Partnership Agreement with Lada Vietnam

This event marks an important step in the official return of the LADA car brand—one of the symbols of Russia's automotive industry—to the Vietnamese market, with the goal of establishing a comprehensive ecosystem for sales, after-sales service, and maintenance nationwide.

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP – OPENING A NEW CHAPTER FOR VIETNAM'S AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY

According to the signed agreement, the three parties have agreed to coordinate on the Project for developing the LADA distribution and service network in Vietnam, in which:

CarOn Holdings will serve as a strategic partner of Aster Auto Vietnam, responsible for after-sales service, repair, and maintenance of LADA vehicle
Concurrently, CarOn Holdings will consider participating in the establishment of the dealership network and propose potential partners to expand the distribution scale across the country.

Besides that, the three parties committed to coordinating personnel training, preparing technical infrastructure, and operating the first LADA service center in Vietnam, expected before December 31, 2025.
